Seeing through the Believe in Music vision is a collaborative effort.
Below is our primary leadership team and a bit about each of them.
Kenny Liner, Founder and Executive Director
After 10 years of hard touring as a professional musician, Kenny decided to return to his hometown of Baltimore, MD where he grew up to found the Believe in Music program. He has a great admiration for the city of Baltimore, but recognized complex, underlying issues plaguing our communities. The curriculum he created stemmed from his unique ideas about necessary reform in music education, putting an emphasis on self-expression and stressing the importance that the voices of Baltimore's youth needed to be heard. Kenny has worked tirelessly to enhance the learning experience for hundreds of students across the city with quality arts instruction. He exposes our students to a wide range of musical genres and styles to help broaden their artistic horizons.
